About Neuroads
Transforming engagement across ADHD diagnosis, treatment and support for adults
Over 550,000 people in the UK are waiting for an ADHD diagnosis. Most of them are waiting alone.
Neuroads is building the infrastructure to change that.
We want to hear from you
Whether you are someone navigating life with ADHD or an organisation looking to be part of a better pathway, we would love to hear from you.
Our Mission
We are building a platform that brings together the people, services and data needed to transform how ADHD is understood, supported and managed across the whole pathway.
The ADHD pathway in the UK is fragmented, overstretched and focused on diagnosis rather than ongoing care.
Too many people are left waiting without support, and too many services are operating without the connection they need to help effectively.
Services are under increasing pressure with growing demand, limited engagement and fragmented provision across services.
Neuroads aims provide the underlying platform to connect, build data and enable coordinated access to services.
Our team
There are many of us behind the scenes putting the project together.
We are building carefully and with intention.

Jon Chanter
Founder
Over 550,000 people in the UK are waiting for an ADHD diagnosis. Most of them are waiting alone.
Jon founded Neuroads to change that.
As the founder of Psychiatry UK, he saw first-hand what happens when the system focuses on diagnosis but not on care.
Neuroads is his response.

Cassie Johnson
Operations
Cassie is an operations specialist who writes about AI, wellbeing and human judgement.
She explores how we integrate technology without losing clarity or ourselves in the process.
At Neuroads she leads operations, bringing the same belief to everything she builds: that the right systems should strengthen people, not overwhelm them.
